Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time.
Once work has begun on a project (including research, design planning, layouts, mood boards, or sourcing), payments for completed work are non-refundable due to the time and labor involved.
All digital design plans, mood boards, or e-design packages are non-refundable once delivered, as they are custom-created for each client.
If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 7 days of project completion so we can review the situation and discuss possible revisions where applicable.
