Home Cleaning Package Agreement
The purpose of this contract is to protect both the client and the company by outlining the terms and conditions under which the organizer will provide services to the client.
Scope of Services
Our responsibility is to provide the following services to the client:
Sweeping
Mopping
Dusting
Mirrors and Windows Wiped
Sink, Toilet, and Shower disinfected
Kitchen Counter Tops Wiped
Exterior of Appliances Wiped
Doors and Windows Frames Cleaned
Trash is Taken Out
Beds are Made
Cobb-webs Removed
Laundry Cleaned on Request
Dishes Cleaned and Put Away
Clean Baseboards and Window Sills
Spot Clean Walls
*Note: depending on size of the house, and amount of clutter may affect cleaning time required. And all houses and projects may differ in what can realistically get done in one session.
Our services do not include:
Sorting through personal items with the client.
Decluttering of items, assisting clients for approval/disapproval of keeping/discarding items.
Picking up supplies for organization or storage.
Organizing existing personal items or creating a system for the existing space; all existing items will go in their previously designated places.
Rearranging furniture or reutilizing existing space for efficiency.
Taking and delivering donations for the client.
Client Responsibilities
As the client, you will be responsible for the following:
Decluttering surfaces prior to the cleaner’s arrival; removing items from countertops, tables, and floors to allow cleaners to focus on sanitation. Reminder, this service does not include organizing.
Securing pets to ensure their safety and prevent potential accidents.
Picking up valuable or fragile items that are easily broken or sensitive to handle.
Ensuring accessibility and making sure the cleaner may access the home (ie. if the client plans to not be home during the cleaning session, the door code or garage code is sufficient).
Providing ample space for the cleaner to work efficiently without interruptions during the cleaning session.
Managing pets or children during the session and ensuring that neither interfere with cleaning equipment or chemicals.
Establishing a sensible work environment in the home (ie. making sure the home is a comfortable temperature to work long sessions in).
Clearly define the expectations of which areas need focus, which products are desired (whether to use the client’s products or bring company products), and if furniture needs to be moved to be cleaned underneath or otherwise.
Providing constructive and early feedback of preferences to prevent any issues in future sessions and ensure client satisfaction.
Cleaner Responsibilities
As your cleaner, I will be responsible for the following:
Surface maintenance which includes cleaning, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, countertops, and appliances.
Floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming floors, including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors.
Deep cleaning and disinfecting toilet bowls, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and tiled surfaces.
Emptying trash bins, sorting recycling, and replacing liners.
Washing windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
Adhering to cleaning chemical safety standards.
Attention to detail and ensuring thorough cleaning.
Having adequate time management and completing tasks efficiently within the scheduled time.
Being reliable and demonstrating consistency and trustworthiness.
*Note: the cleaner is responsible for what they can do during the commissioned session, not every service may be completed during one session.
*Reminder: the client is responsible for communicating the expectations from the job and what services are most desirable.
Payment and Fees
$25/hour per Cleaner.
Late Meeting Cancellation Fee: $25 (if a meeting must be rescheduled or cancelled, please contact at least 24 hours before the meeting–a missed appointment without notice will result in a $25 fee).
Payments are non-refundable after a job begins.
Confidentiality & Privacy Agreement
The organizer must have access to the following information:
Name
Phone number
Email address
Home address.
This information will be used for contact and work purposes only. Under no circumstance will this information be shared to any external parties. All information shared during meetings and phone calls regarding the client is also confidential.
The client will have access to the following information:
Cleaner name(s)
Phone number
Email address
This information will be used for contact and project purposes only. Under no circumstance will this information be shared without permission. Referrals are encouraged after first giving notice to the organizer. All information shared during meetings and phone calls regarding the organizer(s) is also confidential.
Project Success Guarantee
Success is guaranteed with the cooperation and participation of the client throughout the project process.
Liability Waiver
Release of Liability: Explicitly states the client cannot hold the cleaner responsible for specific damages (e.g., fragile, improperly installed, or worn items).
Property Access & Preparation: Clients must secure valuables, pets, and provide clear access to the property.
Damage Reporting Window: A strict 24-hour policy for clients to report any issues or damages after service.
Safety Hazards (Wet Surfaces): Acknowledgment that floors and surfaces may be slippery during and after cleaning.
Pre-existing Damage/Liability Waiver: Protects against claims for damages on surfaces that were already fragile or damaged, such as scratched windows.
Photo + Video Release Waiver
In the midst of the project, an organizer may ask for permission to take photos from before/after the space. Any photos that may be used for marketing will not be posted or utilized prior to approval from the client. The client is obligated to reject a photo from being used for marketing purposes if at any point necessary. Videos will not include personal information, faces, names, locations, strictly before and after/progress videos for marketing or vlogging.
Termination Clause
If at any point during the project, either party is dissatisfied with the project, or with each other, both parties have a right to discontinue the project, and cease working on the project or contacting one another under these requirements:
The other party must be given notice of the termination of the project.
Any expenses paid prior to termination are nonrefundable.
All compensation due up until the point of termination are to be paid to the organizer.
The reason for termination must be clear and concise.
Neither party may spread slander or rumors about the other.
Term of Contract
This contract is active from the date of acceptance by the client, and shall continue until the point of completion and compensation of the organizer. If the contract is terminated earlier by either party, the organizer will be compensated for what work has been completed for the project, and nothing more.
Relocation Packing Agreement
The purpose of this contract is to protect both the client and the company by outlining the terms and conditions under which the organizer will provide services to the client.
Scope of Services
Our responsibility is to provide the following services to the client:
Assessing the space and sorting through items with the client.
Organizing items into moving boxes/containers.
Picking up moving supplies from nearby stores.
Labelling and securing items for a smoother moving process.
Taking donations and donating them for the convenience of the client (up to 1 truck full).
Our services do not include:
Deep cleaning the home.
Disposing of property without client approval.
Moving property from the former home to the new location.
Taking and disposing of trash.
Contacting or working with a moving company.
Client Responsibilities
As the client, you will be responsible for the following:
Providing access to property/information needed by the packer/organizer.
Making final decisions on properties kept, donated, or trashed.
Disposing of trash accumulated.
Contacting and working with a moving company.
Expenses related to packing and/or moving supplies.
Any items that end up being donated or discarded.
Adhering to communication protocols (calls, emails, etc.) during business hours.
Compensating the organizer for overtime (any work done past the project duration as estimated by the bid).
Accepting responsibility for any delays caused by meeting rescheduling, unavailability, or reselection of services at the cost of the client.
Informing of changes to the project in writing through email.
Organizer Responsibilities
As your organizer, I will be responsible for the following:
Consulting, assessing, and assisting clients needs.
Transparency with project duration updates, and number of organizers.
Estimating the project duration and providing payment details before the job begins.
Finding the best prices for packing and moving supplies in the interest of the client.
Payment and Fees
$45/hour per organizer.
Cost of moving and packing supplies (estimated for bid, any change will be subtracted/added to the final payment).
Late Meeting Cancellation Fee: $25 (if a meeting must be rescheduled or cancelled, please contact at least 24 hours before the meeting–a missed appointment without notice will result in a $50 fee).
Payments are non-refundable after a job begins.

Liability Waiver
Release of Liability: Explicitly states the company is not responsible for damages to packed items, particularly if the packer did not pack the box themselves.
Pre-existing Damage: Releases the mover from liability for items that were already damaged, scratched, or broken.
Valuable Items Disclaimer: Excludes liability for high-value items like jewelry, cash, documents, or collectibles.
Customer Acknowledgment: The client confirms they understand the risks of damage during transit.
Coverage Limitations: Mentions that if, for example, only labor is provided, the company is not responsible for damages in transport.

Interior Design Agreement
The purpose of this contract is to protect both the client and the company by outlining the terms and conditions under which the designer will provide services to the client.
Scope of Services
Our responsibility is to provide the following services to the client (changes depending on selected package):
Meet with clients to clarify needs, preferences, lifestyle, budget, etc.
Assess the existing space, take dimensions, photos, and share initial thoughts.
Schematic design stage: initial design concepts, floor plans, layouts, mood boards, etc. These are 2D products with 2 designs included, plus 1 revision.
Design development: refine client-approved concept, specify materials/furniture (includes a curated shopping list), develop detailed drawings, specify exact bill, etc.
Present final presentation via email or flashdrive.
Must include all details related to the selected package.
1 Design Meeting with Contractor of Choice.
Our services do not include:
Construction or deconstruction of the existing space.
Project managing all details unless compensated through additional service fees.
Guaranteed full costs and timelines by any contractors on the project.
Drawings and renderings to be utilized by contractors for construction purposes and adjustments to the structure of the home.
Ordering and installing furniture, fixtures, or any products related to the project.
Physical labor related to rearrangement of existing/new furniture or decor.
Client Responsibilities
As the client, you will be responsible for the following:
Providing timely feedback and approvals.
Making timely payments.
Providing access to property/information needed by the designer.
Adhering to communication protocols (calls, emails, etc.) during business hours.
Accepting responsibility for any delays caused by meeting rescheduling, unavailability, or reselection of services at the cost of the client.
Informing of changes to the project in writing through email.
Designer Responsibilities
As your designer, I will be responsible for the following:
Consulting, assessing, and assisting clients needs.
Transparency with project duration updates, and number of organizers.
Estimating the project duration and providing payment details before the job begins.
Finding the best prices for furniture, paint, fixtures in the interest of the client.
Payment and Fees
Deposit: Half of bid for the estimated total cost, nonrefundable (bid is subject to change for any reasons pertaining to the time spent on the project or unexpected difficulties encountered during work).
$50/hour per hour.
Mileage Reimbursement: $1 per mile above 25 miles one way.
Late Payment Fee: $50 (deposit due within 24 hours of confirmation call after receiving the bid, and final payments due within 72 hours of completing the project).
Contract Cancellation Fee: 100% of completed work + 50% of estimated remaining work

Liability Waiver
Assumption of Risk: Client acknowledges awareness of potential risks, such as accidents, damage to property, or noise/debris during construction.
Release of Liability: Client agrees to release the designer from responsibility for any injuries, losses, or property damage that may occur during the project.
Indemnification: Client agrees to protect and hold the designer harmless against any third-party claims, lawsuits, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from the project.
Insurance Clause: Specifies that the client is responsible for maintaining adequate property and liability insurance for the project, as mentioned in this article.
Limitations of Liability: Limits the maximum amount of damages a designer may be responsible for.
Permits and Compliance: Defines that the client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits, often recommending a general contractor for structural changes, notes Capella Kincheloe.

Reutilizing existing space for efficiency without help from the client.
Taking donations and donating them for the convenience of the client.
Our services do not include:
Deep cleaning the home.
Disposing of property without client approval.
Taking and disposing of trash.
Contacting or working with a trash removal company.
Redesign the interior space; the services consist of primarily organization and decluttering.
Client Responsibilities
As the client, you will be responsible for the following:
Providing access to property/information needed by the designer.
Making final decisions on properties kept, donated, or trashed.
Disposing of trash accumulated.
Contacting and working with a trash removal company.
Expenses related to organization supplies (containers, dividers, bins, etc).
Any items that end up being donated or discarded; the client is present and has the final say during the decluttering process.
Adhering to communication protocols (calls, emails, etc.) during business hours.
Compensating the organizer for overtime work (any work done past the project duration as estimated by the bid).
Accepting responsibility for any delays caused by meeting rescheduling, unavailability, or reselection of services at the cost of the client.
Informing of changes to the project in writing through email.
