Our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is a top-to-bottom, detailed service designed to prepare your home for its next occupant. Whether you’re moving out or moving into a new space, we focus on delivering a thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and move-in-ready environment. This service targets buildup, overlooked areas, and interior spaces to meet high standards for landlords, property managers, and homeowners.

What’s Included:

Throughout the Home:

• Full dusting (including baseboards, ledges, and trim)
• All surfaces wiped and sanitized
• Doors and door frames cleaned
• Light switches, outlets, and handles disinfected
• Interior windows (glass and sills, accessible areas)
• Closet shelves and rods cleaned
• Trash removed
• Full vacuum of all floors (carpet, rugs, and hard floors)
• Mop all hard floors

Kitchen:

• Countertops cleaned and sanitized
• Stovetop fully cleaned
• Exterior and interior of appliances cleaned (refrigerator, oven, microwave)
• Cabinets and drawers cleaned (inside and outside)
• Sink scrubbed and polished
• Removal of grease and buildup from surfaces

Bathrooms:

• Toilet cleaned (top to bottom)
• Shower/tub fully scrubbed (soap scum and buildup removal)
• Sink and countertops cleaned
• Mirrors cleaned
• Fixtures polished
• Cabinets and drawers cleaned (inside and outside)

Time Caps (1 Cleaner):

• 1 Bed / 1 Bath — Up to 5 hours
• 2–3 Bed / 2 Bath — Up to 7 hours
• 3–4+ Bed / 3+ Bath — Up to 9 hours

Home must be empty prior to service. Excessive buildup, trash, or post-construction conditions may require additional services.
